I've already paid for a subscription. Why am I being asked to subscribe?

😬 There are a few reasons this can sometimes happen:

Your payment has not gone through

  • Check if you’ve received confirmation of payment by email. If not, please try again.

You have paid through another profile (meaning you accidently have created more than one account with us)

  • Try logging in again, using the email address at which you received the confirmation email.
  • Contact Customer Care 💌 if nothing happens

You bought a subscription on our sister website MatchAffinity, which doesn’t include access to Match.
