How do I manage my notifications?

What type notifications will you get from us?

To help you to connect with our single members, we communicate with you via email, push notification and in-app messages.

We will notably send you service communications such as payment confirmation, password renewal request, profile content moderation as well as selections of singles that we think you'd like and any attention your profile receives from our members (e.g. likes, new messages etc. ) to ensure you do not miss the right match.

If you choose it, we can also send your offers, discounts, news and event invitations to maximize your chances to find your perfect match. โญโญ

Now, you would like to update your Notifications preferences ?

Maybe you're getting too many notifications, maybe you're not getting enough ๐Ÿ˜ณ. Either way, we've got your back.

  1. Log into the site
  2. Head for the My account settings section. >Alerts
  3. Tick or Untick the alerts according to your preferences and you're done!

If you're not getting any emails from us:

  • Check My account settings > My account to make sure we have the right email address.
  • If we do, check your spam folder.

If you are using the APP and wish to adjust your notifications style, sound and vibrate settings:

  • Go to the Me section in the app, tap Preferences, then Notifications.
