How do I login and register my account?
To activate your profile, follow the instructions of the activation email 📧 (sent after the creation of the account)
If you don't get an activation email within a few minutes :
- Check your spam folder
- If you still can't find it you may have entered the wrong email address (it happens!)
- If the problem persists, please contact our customer service team 💌.
If you've been able to log in and use Match before but now you cannot log in:
- Enter your email address and reset your password from the home page > Log in > Forgot your password?
- Make sure you spell your identifiers correctly with upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.
