Why can't I create an account?

If your email address is already in our database, you will not be able to create a new account. If you wish to create a new account and link your email address to it, you will need to start by closing your old account.

If you are not sure whether you already had an account, try to recover your login information using the “Forgot your login details” link on the home page. You will then receive a password reset link so that you can access your account again.

Lastly, check that you have not received any messages from our teams indicating that your profile was closed.
