Why am I being shown to members whose criteria I don't match?

There are two types of profiles we suggest to you:

  • members who meet your search criteria (They are my perfect match),
  • members whose criteria you meet (I am their perfect match).

While you may not be able to change the fact that you’re someone’s ideal date, you can proactively run searches for “Mutual matches”. This finds people who fit both of the above categories!

If you find that you are getting too many / few results, you can always widen your criteria in the “About my date” section of your “My Profile” page.
