How can I change my search type (man/woman)?

Once you have registered on the website, it is not possible to change your search type. You will need to create a new account with the category you require.

Start by deleting the account you currently have. Connect via a computer and:

  • Access the “My account settings” section by hovering your mouse over your screen name in the top right-hand corner of the page.
  • Click the link at the bottom of the page marked “To suspend your profile, click here”.
  • Confirm your request by clicking “To delete your account and all your information permanently, click here”.

You will lose access to your account and your profile will disappear from the website within 24 hours. Once the 24 hours have passed, you will be able to use the email address that was linked to your original account to create a new profile.

If you have already taken out a subscription, start by creating your new profile and then contact Customer care with:

  • the email addresses linked to your old and new accounts (if they are different),
  • your new client number, which you can find in the “My account settings” section.

Customer care will then be able to transfer the balance of your subscription to your new account.
