I've received a special offer. How can I find it?

If you cannot locate your message in your inbox, I suggest you check your spam (junk) folder and recycle bin (deleted mails). Before you click on an offer, make sure it is still valid, because most of our offers have expiry dates.
If you cannot find the offer, go to the “Subscribe” section and choose a subscription. You will then have access to the Customer care contact details. They can help you find the offer.
