Why is the town on my profile incorrect?

When you created your initial profile, you entered the postcode for your city. This information may no longer be correct:

  • If you recently moved and have not yet updated your information
  • If you live in a small town for which no corresponding postcode was found

If you have recently moved, you can sign into your profile from a desktop computer and update your information from the “My profile” section, which you’ll find by moving your mouse over your username at the top right of any page.

For the second issue, we’re very sorry to not be able to suggest your exact town, but ask that you please select the nearest one to you from the available choices.

If you believe this information has been modified by a third party, secure your account by immediately changing your login information (email and password) from the “My account settings” section.
