I have deleted everything. Why am I still receiving notifications?

If you find that this is happening, it is likely that you still have an account on our database.

In this case, we recommend that you check the following:

  • You have unsubscribed your profile and not just suspended it. Suspending your profile does not cancel your subscription. It remains active, and will be renewed each time it runs out until you reactivate your profile and cancel your automatic renewal.
  • You have unsubscribed successfully. You should have received a confirmation email.
  • The notifications relate to the account in question, and not to another account you have on the website or on our sister website “affiny.co.uk”.

If you find that this is happening, it is likely that you still have an account on our database.
