I received payment notification even though I unsubscribed
If you are still being debited after deleting your profile, please check that:
- You didn’t choose to suspend your profile instead of deleting it. Suspending your profile does not cancel your renewal; it remains active and continues to be renewed until a cancellation is made.
- You received a confirmation email. If you haven’t, it’s likely that your profile wasn’t closed successfully.
- If you opted to pay for the subscription in instalments, it is possible that you have more payments left to make. Please check your cancellation confirmation email for more information.
- The payment is for the account in question, and not another profile that you have on the site or on our sister website Affiny.
