I have a current subscription. How can I unsubscribe and delete my profile?

We’ll be sorry to see you go. Here’s how to cancel the renewal:

  1. Log in to your account from a computer.
  2. Go to “My account settings” by clicking on your profile photo at the top-right hand corner of any Match page.
  3. Click “manage my subscription”.
  4. Confirm your login details and click “Continue the cancellation”.
  5. You will be asked a few questions. Ensure that you click through to complete the renewal cancellation until you see your cancellation confirmed.
  6. Click on “Return” to go back to the site and you should see the end date for your subscription under “Manage my subscription”. Make sure you also receive the confirmation email we send.
  7. If you have opted for the instalment plan you may have payments left to make. This will be explained during the renewal cancellation process. Deleting your profile does not stop the remaining instalments from being taken. 

To delete your account, access ‘My account settings’ by clicking on your profile photo at the top-right of the page. Once there, scroll down and click on the ‘Suspend my account’ link on the left. A new page will appear titled ‘You’re about to suspend your profile’. 

To delete your profile click ‘To delete your account, click here’ and follow the instructions (you can find this underneath the pink ‘suspend my account’ button). 

‘Suspending’ your account lets you reactivate it in future – make sure you select ‘Delete’ instead if you want it gone forever.

If you purchased your subscription through iTunes, go to the “My subscriptions” page of iTunes or the App Store to cancel the renewal.

As soon as your account is deleted, you won’t hear from us again. We hope you’ve found love, but don’t forget we’re always here if you need us – and if there’s ever anything we can do for you, just get in touch!

  • To cancel the renewal of your subscription access the “My account settings” page by clicking on your profile photo/silhouette on the top-right hand corner of the screen. 
  • Click on the “my subscription” link and then “manage my subscription”.

  • On the last pop-up click on “Return”. The renewal cancellation will be confirmed along with the last date of your subscription. 
  • You should see the end date of your subscription under “Manage my subscription”.
