You can cancel your subscription at the earliest 24 hours after purchase and up to 48 hours before its renewal date. You have different ways to do it.
From a computer:
- Log in to your account from a computer
- Go to My account settings > My subscription โ Complete the renewal cancellation.

From mobile site or Android app:
- Log in to your account from your mobile.
- Go to Me > Settings โ๏ธ > Preferences > Cancel your pass โ Complete the renewal cancellation.

For purchases made through Google Play Store :
- Open the Play Store > Tap on your profile > Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage > Cancel subscription.
Purchases made through our iPhone App:
- Open the iPhone Settings app > Tap your name > Tap Subscriptions > Tap the subscription that you want to manage > Cancel Subscription
