How can I renew my subscription?

We want your dating experience to be smooth and seamless, so if you subscribe via credit/debit card or PayPal, the subscription will renew automatically at the end of each term. That means you’re never out of the loop if someone interesting comes along.

If you don’t wish to continue your subscription you must cancel it at least 48 hours before the subscription ends by clicking ‘Manage my Subscription’ in ‘My account settings’. You can access your settings by clicking on your profile picture at the top right of any Match page.

If you cancel your subscription it will continue until your renewal date. You can choose to resubscribe at any time if you want to enjoy the full Match experience.

You can check information about your subscription at any time in your “Settings”, via the “Me” section at the bottom of your screen. If you’re using an Apple device, head to iTunes to check your billing settings. For Android, head to “Preferences”, via the “Me” section at the bottom of your screen

By default, your subscription will be renewed at the current expiry date so that you can continue looking for love without interruption. The date of your next payment will then appear on your account.

You can also reactivate your renewal in the “Me” section by selecting “Reactivate your pass”.
