How can I delete all my information from the website?

You can delete your profile when logged onto the desktop version of the site.

If you log in on a computer, go to the “My account settings” page.

From there, under “Help” click on “Suspend your account”. On the pop-up that appears, click on “To cancel your account click here”. You will be asked to fill in your login details to confirm your request.

Alternatively, contact our Customer Care team. Your account manager will then delete your profile and send you an email confirmation.
