Can I change an accidental purchase?

If you purchased a subscription in error, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after making a purchase on the site or app. To claim your refund, please contact our Customer Care team who will guide you through the process.

Please note that refunds are available for purchases of first-time subscriptions and upgrades, and the refund total is calculated on a pro-rata basis. No refunds will be given for renewals, Boosts or Incognito purchases.

We are unable to offer reimbursement beyond the initial 14 days. Once this time has passed, we’re here to help you make the most of your subscription by taking full advantage of the service features.

If you do not want to continue using the site beyond your current subscription purchase, please remember to cancel the automatic renewal in the ‘My account settings’ section so that you are not renewed. 

If you have made a mistake in purchasing a particular subscription, you have a maximum of 14 days to contact us to make a change. To do so, you must contact our Customer Care as soon as possible.

Please be aware that changes can only be made to purchases of first-time subscriptions and extras. We are unable to modify or refund subscription renewals or the purchase of Boosts.
