I'm not receiving the email to recover my login information, what can I do?

Take a moment to check your personal email spam filter – the message may have arrived there.

If you are logged in, make sure you also check that your address is spelt correctly in your “My account settings” section. If there are errors in your address, change it by clicking the “Change” link opposite the address.

Once your address is correct, click “Send me the email again”.
