Take a moment to check your personal email spam filter – the message may have arrived there.
If you are logged in, make sure you also check that your address is spelt correctly in your “My account settings” section. If there are errors in your address, change it by clicking the “Change” link opposite the address.
Once your address is correct, click “Send me the email again”.
