Why have I not received an email confirmation of booking?

You will receive a confirmation email when your booking has been completed.

If you have not received confirmation of your booking or payment:

  • Check that the email is not in your junk/spam folder.
  • Visit the ‘Events’ section on your computer or the ‘Event Invitations’ section of the app to check that your booking has been registered.

If you haven’t registered correctly, you will still see an option to ‘RSVP’ or ‘Book’. You may also be unable to confirm the booking if the event has since become ‘Full’.
