How can I cancel my attendance to an event?

For free events, there isn’t an option to cancel your own attendance. In this case please check the time and date of free events before signing up to make sure you can attend.

For paid events, we may be able to find someone to replace you if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. If this is the case you will be reimbursed the full amount within 7 days. You can either postpone your attendance to another event or be reimbursed.

To cancel your attendance to a paid event, simply contact the customer care team who will request the refund on your behalf. You will be informed by email if we are able to refund you or not.
