How do I configure my Contact Filter?
There is a specific area for managing your Contact Filter.
First, click on your messages. On the left-hand side of the page beside ‘Conversations’ you will see a filter icon. Click on this and you will be able to make the updates to your filter.
To activate, edit and deactivate your Contact Filter at any time, switch any of the four buttons on or off, and hit “Confirm my criteria” when you’re done. The button will turn dark blue which means the option is “On”, while the colour grey represents “Off”.
There is a specific area for managing your Contact Filter. Just move your mouse over your username at the top-right of any website page where you’ll find the link.
To activate, edit and deactivate your Contact Filter at any time, switch any of the four buttons on or off, and hit “Save” when you’re done. A green “I” icon means the option is “On”, while a grey “O” represents “Off”.
